  • Find plan that suits lot.
  • Put together preliminary proposal for project feasibility.


  • Phase 2: Finalizations
  • Finalize blueprint.
  • Send blueprint off for formal bidding.
  • Pick out all finish selections that will go into home.


  • Phase 3: Construction
  •  Sign Phase III contract, securing your spot in the construction schedule.
